Atria’s Eye / Ear / Nasal Drop Filling with Inner & Outer Capping Machine is a compact monoblock system designed for precise filling and secure sealing of ophthalmic, otic, and nasal drop bottles. The machine performs volumetric liquid filling, inner plug insertion, and outer cap tightening in a synchronized single-line configuration.

Engineered for sterile and semi-sterile pharmaceutical production environments, the system ensures accurate micro-volume dosing, contamination-free filling, and leak-proof sealing. The machine is constructed as per cGMP standards with SS316 product contact parts and PLC-based automation for consistent and validated performance.
