LEAFLET TOP INSERTER MACHINE

Atria’s Leaflet Top Inserter Machine is an automatic system designed for precise placement of folded leaflets or instruction inserts on top of bottles after capping. The machine ensures accurate leaflet positioning to meet regulatory packaging requirements in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.

The system operates with synchronized bottle indexing and controlled leaflet feeding mechanisms with glue application, ensuring proper placement without misalignment or damage. Built as per cGMP standards with stainless steel construction and PLC-based automation, the machine integrates seamlessly with upstream and downstream line machines.

It is ideal for packaging lines where product information leaflets must be placed inside cartons or secured on caps.
