Atria’s Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine is a high-speed, fully automatic bottle cleaning system designed for internal and external washing of bottles before filling operations. The rotary indexing mechanism ensures continuous bottle movement through multiple washing stations, delivering efficient and uniform cleaning performance.

The system utilizes a combination of compressed air and water rinsing cycles to remove dust particles and contaminants, ensuring bottles are hygienically prepared for pharmaceutical filling lines. Engineered with cGMP-compliant stainless steel construction and PLC-based automation, the machine integrates seamlessly with unscrambler, filling, and capping systems.
